We have  a full folding facility with both Manual and CNC folding machines allowing us to select the most  efficient method for your parts.

We uses the latest DURMA & TRUMPF CNC Pressbrake machines which gives  us the   capability of folding material up to 3mtr.The  computer software allows for accurate folding and tolerances on a variety of complicated parts , also allowing us the facility to make minor bending adjustments were needed through a range of material  from .6mm up to 10mm.

The types of material that we can fold ranges from Mild steel , Galvanised steel ,Stainless steel , Zintec , Aluminium ,Copper ,Brass and pre-coated matrials.

So weather its small precision parts or large panel work ,single bend parts or complex parts with many bends  we have the facility to process this in small , medium or large quantities.
