Our fabrication department can manufacture machine frames form small to large format in a range of different materials.

All frames are manufactured to our customers specifications and  can vary in size and design.The structural frame is usual made from a combination of different box section materials , from 40mm / 50mm / 60mm and even up to 80mm steel section across an array of thicknesses.

Each frame is fully fabricated as per the  drawings , once the frame is  complete all laser cut and punched sheet metal parts are produced.The sheet components can range for 12mm thick down to 2mm in thickness.

Depending on the requirements the sheet parts will go through a number of different process form folding , forming , tapping , hardware insertion , stud welding .Once this is complete a number of  the parts will be welded to the frame , all exposed welds will be grinded smooth .The final frame and the sheet parts will then go for powder coating were they are prepped and cleaned ready to be powder coated the specified colour and finish for the customer.
