In our powder coating facility all metal manufactured parts and products are finished to our clients requirements in our fully equipped powder coating plant.

We only use quality powders supplied by recognised manufactures to insure that our customers parts get the highest quality finish.

We can powder coat Aluminium , Mild steel , Galvanised and Stainless Steel  in a wide range of RAL &  BS colours and a range of finishes Gloss , Satin ,Texture , Matt ,Smooth ripple. 

All parts are treated prior to powder coating and  if required bead blasting can be carried out on parts. To insure easy assembly high temperature tapes and plugs are used on threaded and tapped areas.

Our equipment gives us the  capability to powder coat parts in a wide range of sizes ,from large frame work to small sheet metal parts.

We use a Wagner PEM-X1 sprit powder coating system in conjunction with Wagner Spray stand 8000 spray booths.
